  • Payment Terms

Except online payment, we also accept offline trade via PayPal, Western Union and bank transfer.


  • Packing

All of our products are professionally packed prior to being shipped to your location. For special packing requirements, please contact sales for details.


  • Shipping

Usually, we ship within 3 working days after payment receive. Items purchased after 12:00pm on Friday, on a holiday, or over the weekend will be shipped next business day.

We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex, TNT, South-East Express, China POST, SG POST, HK POST, USEXP, UKEXP, ect.

And all parts would be free shipping to USA.


  • Warranty

FKA covers a 30-day base warranty on all of our products.  Extended warranties are offered on some of our products.


Standard 30 Day Warranty Info:

The warranty period starts after the product has been delivered to the customers location or when a customer has picked up at FKA hub. 

Our warranty covers hardware only.

Our warranty includes free replacement shipping if a part is determined to be defective after troubleshooting.  We do require the confirmation of serial number(s) prior to shipping out replacement parts.

FKA warranty covers items that are not as described. Items that are incompatible or mistakenly purchased, buyer is responsible for all the fees related to the return.  

FKA is not responsible for product failures caused by an act of god, building failure, Viruses/Worms/Malware, Data corruption, or Software Failure.


  • Return Policy

Returned items will be TESTED and CHECKED. If found to be defective, then buyer will be informed of replacement or refund options. Replacement or Refund take minimum 3 business days after we receive the item. But if the return items are no function issues, we will charge 10% restore fee.
