Warranty Policy

ScreenTouchLcd.com covers a 30-day base warranty on all of our products.  Extended warranties are offered on some of our products.

Standard 30 Day Warranty Info:

The warranty period starts after the product has been delivered to the customers location or when a customer has picked up at ScreenTouchLcd.com hub. 

Our warranty covers hardware only.

Our warranty includes free replacement shipping if a part is determined to be defective after troubleshooting.  We do require the confirmation of serial number(s) prior to shipping out replacement parts.

ScreenTouchLcd.com warranty covers items that are not as described. Items that are incompatible or mistakenly purchased, buyer is responsible for all the fees related to the return.  

ScreenTouchLcd.com is not responsible for product failures caused by an act of god, building failure, Viruses/Worms/Malware, Data corruption, or Software Failure.

Return Policy

Returned items will be TESTED and CHECKED. If found to be defective, then buyer will be informed of replacement or refund options. Replacement or Refund take minimum 3 business days after we receive the item. But if the return items are no function issues, we will charge 10% restore fee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, we will issue you a full refund.

For our regular customers, we promise to let you know the current market quality of any parts you want. If you find that the parts you receive don't match the quality we promised, we will issue you a full refund.
